TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Base package available daily before 4pm. Weekends require weekend upgrade.
- If your date is between May-December, you will be confirmed on one of the terraces shown in the attached photos no more than 6 weeks before the date.
- Package is nonrefundable
- Reschedules will be based on availability, no guarantees can be made
- Discounts available if reception is desired
- Wedding will move inside penthouse in the event of undesirable weather
- No outside food and beverage allowed
- Must bring marriage license if legal marriage is desired
- Decor in photos not included, only meant to show space
