The Pop The Knot Experience focuses on ceremony-ready settings rather than traditional full-service wedding venues. In San Francisco, that typically includes scenic overlooks, waterfront areas along the bay, historic parks and gardens, architecturally distinctive public spaces, and select city hall locations.


If you’re looking for a private wedding venue or rental property, we can assist with sourcing and coordination as an upgrade. Venue rental fees are separate.

Some public locations require permits depending on guest count and setup. We handle permit research and coordination as part of the planning process.

If a specific location requires a permit or site fee, we coordinate the process on your behalf. Any required government or site fees are separate from the Pop The Knot Experience.

Our ceremonies are designed for intimate gatherings of 25 or less.

San Francisco weather can be unpredictable. We’ll discuss backup timing or location options during planning to ensure a smooth experience.

We accept bookings up to a year in ahead but recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, though some dates may be available sooner depending on vendor schedules.
