The reason I love elopements and pop-up weddings is that even if the whole world is watching, it feels like it is just the two of you. They had their ceremony in Bethesda Terrace with just a few friends and hundreds of on-looker’s but everything felt so intimate.
Just because you have an intimate ceremony doesn’t mean you don’t get to experience all of the fun things that people do at traditional weddings if you want. First dance anyone?
Another reason I prefer pop-up wedding is that you get amazing portraits after. If you have a traditional wedding, you are kind of limited to taking portraits at your wedding venue because that is where your guests are. But with a pop-up wedding, you can just hop in a cab and go somewhere else amazing.
